Two old friends
…travelling through Alaska on two old motorbikes.
Months and miles of wild weather, epic landscapes and many bears (thankfully mostly imagined)…
Hunger, however, was A very real foe
…that reared its head most days.
But whenever it did, the locals always had the answer: deliciously satisfying, perfectly preserved wild salmon chunks.
These salmon delicacies
…have sustained Alaskans through long, dark winters for generations.
And the journey to the Arctic and back could not have been completed without them.
But as it turned out, Another adventure
…was about to begin. An idea had been kindled and inspiration grew; home just didn't taste the same.
It was time to bring these wildly nutritious salmon chunks to new shores, all updated for the modern fish eater.
and now, here we are…
